About the Trainers
Rumaizon Abdul Malik Coach & Ideas Facilitator
Rumaizon has over 20 years of experience in Brand and Marketing Communications. She left Nestle some 10 years ago to set up her own Brand & Marketing Strategy agency called Ideascape. She has vast experience in developing new brands and turn around non-performing brands. Her clients include Gardenia, Wyeth, Pharmaton, Google, SimplySiti, Nu-Prep Lelaki, just to name a few. Her latest passion is in helping local entrepreneurs to develop and prepare themselves for exporting their brands globally.
Kartini Ariffin Certified Trainer & Coach
Kartini has over 15 years of experience in Broadcast media. She was known for her hosting on 3R (Respek, Relaks, Respon), a young women empowerment TV programs. She joined Media Prima as a radio announcer before she was promoted as the Music Director in 2010. Part of her portfolio is to train aspiring radio and TV host.
Her passion to groom new talents has brought her to explore the Learning and Development landscape. She is a Certified HRDF trainer, Certified Accelerated Learning Practitioner and Certified Coach (ICF). Kartini is the Co-founder of Dbilique Media Sdn. Bhd.
