We're gonna start with a super easy 60-minute wind-down - think gentle breathwork and a few light stretches to get you nice and grounded. 🧘♀️ Then, prepare to be bathed in the magical sounds of rainbow crystal bowls and a steel handpan drum. It's like a symphony for your soul! 🎶
These sound baths are seriously amazing. They help your brain chill out (hello theta waves!), reduce stress, give you the best sleep ever, and basically just make your whole body feel better. Think less inflammation, more happy cells! 💖
On a deeper level, it's like a spiritual tune-up. It helps balance your chakras, takes your meditation to the next level, and lets go of any emotional baggage you might be carrying. Basically, it's like hitting the reset button on your brain and unlocking all sorts of inspiration and clarity. 🌈

About Chelsea

As a certified 500hr RYT, Chelsea is well-versed in all-things yoga. She has experience teaching Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Kids Yoga and facilitates Sound Healing.
"Sessions with me will focus on alignment and clarity. It's important to me that you feel comfortable in your body and leave our session feeling refreshed: mind, body and soul."
Her personality is bright and approachable while her teaching method is very nurturing.
