Our Strength and Stretch session offers a balanced approach to fitness by integrating strength-building exercises with flexibility-enhancing stretches. With no equipment needed, this workout is accessible and effective, helping you build strength and improve flexibility wherever you are. Join us to experience the power of bodyweight training combined with the soothing benefits of stretching - your body will thank you!



Note: Please bring your own mat and sweat towel. Water is available FOC at the venue.

The program also continues with a health talk by Ivan Ho and a healthy breakfast of organic eggs, avocado and toast by Dusun.



Health in Totality by Ivan Ho Ivan Ho, a homeopath clinical nutrition bush medicine natural farmer and nature educator will be talking about soil health, water health, plant health, animal health and human health. This session is included in the Strength & Stretch program.

*Breakfast is included. Drinks are sold separately.

7:15am: Arrival of participants

7:30am: Strength & Stretch Session

8:30am: Breakfast + Talk
